- REALZ is a groundbreaking app designed to bring real estate agents, brokers, and realtors together on one easy-to-use platform. Its main goal is to simplify the real estate search process, saving time and helping everyone find exactly what they need. With powerful search tools, user-friendly interfaces, and great networking features, REALZ helps real estate professionals connect, collaborate, and boost their productivity and success in the market.
- REALZ is a specialized application designed for real estate agents and brokers operating exclusively within real estate companies in the UAE. Registration is open to professionals possessing a business email address, a UAE mobile number, and preferably a Broker Registration Number (BRN).
- After touring our application landing page and having a look at the services we provide, we advise you to go to the registration section by clicking on the icon at the top right, choice the Register option and start filling in the requirements. Click after reading on I agree with your Terms & Conditions and finally click on the Register button, directly the system will send the generated password to your registered email address.
- Finishing the registration, you should go into your registered email inbox and find the generated password sent to you. Go to login option and fill in the choice username and generated password.
- After successful login, you will be automatically redirected to our PAKEGES and prices plan.
- You must choose between a MONTHLY, QUARTLY or ANNUAL plan, or you can choice FREE TRAIL which gives you 60 days free.
- When you decide to choose one of the paid packages, you must know that the payment process will be provided via Stripe (easy & safety payment gateway). Click on the GET STARTED button, have a look at the package features price and the Terms & Conditions you must click on COMPLETED MEMBERSHIP. You will automatically redirect to payment by Stripe. Fill in the required email, card information and click on the SUBSCRIBE button, the system will send a confirmation payment to your email.
- To find & print your invoice on REALZ you must click on the icon at the top right, go to Invoices, search for the invoice date, type & status. After generating the required invoice, click on details. The system will redirect you to your invoice details. To print the invoice, you must click on the print invoice button left below.
- To change the Login password, you must click on the icon at the top right, go to my profile option, scroll down and find change password, fill in new password then confirm it, click on update password.
- Click on the icon at the top right, go to My Profile option and start filling in the required fields, finished click Update Profile.
- Click on the icon at the top right, go to Create Listing option and start filling in the required fields, finished click Update Profile.
- You must upload one photo at least by size minimum 1440 X 900 Pixel.
- To make your listing featured, click on the icon at the top right, go to Properties click on Published choice the property you want to make it as featured, go to action button and click on make it featured.
- Click on the burger menu icon at the top lift, go to SENT REQUEST option and start filling in the required fields, finished click SUBMIT.
- Click on the burger menu icon at the top lift, go to CONTACT US option and start filling in the required fields, finished click SUBMIT.
- Or you can click on the sticky WhatsApp icon on the left side which redirects to our account in your WhatsApp application.
By scrolling the screen down to the footer, you can find our social media accounts icons. By clicking on any icons of them, the system we redirect you to this account page.
- By scrolling the screen down to the footer, you can find Terms & Conditions. By clicking on it the system will redirect you to the page.
- By scrolling the screen down to the footer, you can find Privacy Policy. By clicking on it the system will redirect you to the page.
CRM is the option that helps you to manage & control the relationship between you & other agent, by clicking on the icon on top right, choosing the CRM Option.
In CRM we have next sectors:
- Actives: Where you will add the active leads.
- Deals: Where you will add the deals, you have (Active, Won & lost)
- Leads: Where you will add the leads, you have.
- Inquiries: Where you will add all inquiries from buyers or sellers or agents.
- By clicking on the icon right top and choosing Insight, you will find all indicators (Views, Unique Views and Visits) which helping you to know the status of each listing, listed by you.
- On the HOME page you will find a search bar with to status (For Rent or For Buy)
- By clicking on the status, the system will redirect you to search result page, where you will find an advance search bar with extra details helping you to make more filtration for the unit you are looking for.
- On the HOME page you can find the featured listing sorted from new to old. By clicking one any one of them you will be redirected to this listing page where you find all the details about it.
- On the listing page you also can find the listing agent details the ways you can contact him; add you review visit the agent listings and the agent profile.
